Summary:To provide a connector which allows improvement in workability when it is fitted to a mating connector.SOLUTION: A housing 11 has: a first member 16 which supports a slider 14 serving as a lever member; and a second member 17 which houses, in a housing space 25 formed between itself and the first member 16, a seal member 15 in a manner of sandwiching it in a front-to-rear direction. The second member 17 has a pressed part 29. The lever member has a pressing part 65 which comes into contact with the pressed part 29 so as to press the second member 17 in a direction in which a front-to-rear dimension of the housing space 25 (a thickness dimension of the seal member 15) is reduced. The pressed part 29 is disposed in a state where the engagement with the lever member is released until it comes into contact with the pressing part 65 during a displacement process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 【課題】相手側コネクタとの嵌合時における作業性の向上を図ることができるコネクタを提供する。【解決手段】ハウジング11は、レバー部材としてのスライダ14を支持する第1部材16と、第1部材16との間に形成された収容空間25にシール部材15を前後方向に挟み込むように収容する第2部材17と、を有している。第2部材17は、被押圧部29を有している。レバー部材は、被押圧部29と接触し、収容空間25の前後寸法(シール部材15の厚み寸法)を縮小する向きに第2部材17を押圧する押圧部65を有している。被押圧部29は、変位過程で押圧部65と接触するまでの間、レバー部材と非係合な状態で配置されている。【選択図】図15
