To provide a structure of exterior facilities allowing recognition of planting from both of inner and outer sides of a site as well as capable of protecting privacy inside of the site and suppressing spots caused by watering.SOLUTION: A structure 1 of exterior facilities is formed outside adjacent to a building 2, being provided with: a first area 4 adjacent to a road 3; a second area 5 arranged between the first area 4 and the building 2; and a wall 6 placed on the first area 4 as facing the road 3, wherein the ground surface of the first area 4 is steeper than that of the ground surface of the second area 5 and formed on a down slope in a direction of the road 3, the wall 6 has an opening 15 that connects from the road 3 side to the building 2 side as opening from the ground surface of the first area 4 to a specific height, and the planting 12 is arranged on the ground of the first area 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 敷地の内外両側から植栽を視認することができるとともに、敷地内側のプライバシーが守られ、水やり等によっても塀が汚れにくい外構構造を提供する。【解決手段】外構構造１は、建築物２に隣接して屋外に形成される外構構造１であって、道路３に隣接する第一の領域４と、前記第一の領域４と前記建築物２との間に配置される第二の領域５と、前記道路３に面して前記第一の領域４に配置される塀６と、を備え、前記第一の領域４の地面は、前記第二の領域５の地面よりも急な勾配で、前記道路３に向かって下り勾配に形成されており、前記塀６は、第一の領域４の地面から所定高さまでが開いて前記道路３側から前記建築物２側に繋がる開口部１５を有しており、前記第一の領域４の地面には、植栽１２が設けられる。【選択図】図１
