To provide a vehicle dispatch system capable of reducing a frequency of collection or man-hours of the collection of an automatic driving vehicle which stops since it does not meet an operation design domain.SOLUTION: A vehicle dispatch system includes: a plurality of Maas vehicles which include one or more automatic driving vehicles each performing autonomous travel according to a vehicle dispatch plan; and at least one processor which executes vehicle dispatch plan preparation processing.
