Summary: | To provide a vehicle dispatch system capable of reducing a frequency of collection or man-hours of the collection of an automatic driving vehicle which stops since it does not meet an operation design domain.SOLUTION: A vehicle dispatch system includes: a plurality of Maas vehicles which include one or more automatic driving vehicles each performing autonomous travel according to a vehicle dispatch plan; and at least one processor which executes vehicle dispatch plan preparation processing. The vehicle dispatch plan preparation processing includes: processing for acquiring an operation design domain of one or more automatic driving vehicles; processing for acquiring a prediction of operation environment information in a predetermined time future regarding an operation area of one or more automatic driving vehicles; processing for identifying a non-operable vehicle which is predicted not to meet the operation design domain in a present vehicle dispatch plan from among one or more automatic driving vehicles based on the predictions of the operation design domain and the operation environment information; and processing for updating the vehicle dispatch plan in accordance with vehicle information or operation information of the non-operable vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
