Summary:To disclose one example of a chemical liquid injection device that can restrain a chemical liquid concentration from becoming nonuniform regardless of a flow rate of flowing water.SOLUTION: A chemical liquid injection device 1 comprises a chemical liquid distribution regulator 7 capable of injecting chemical liquid discharged from a pump 5 into flowing water, and returning the chemical liquid into a chemical liquid tank 3, and capable of regulating a distribution ratio between a chemical liquid amount to be injected into the flowing water and a chemical liquid amount to be returned into the chemical liquid tank 3. Thereby, the chemical liquid amount to be injected into the flowing water can be regulated by the chemical liquid distribution regulator 7 in the chemical liquid injection device 1. Therefore, a chemical liquid concentration can be restrained from becoming nonuniform because a required injection amount can be secured without being greatly affected by a discharge amount of the pump 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 流水の流量によらず、薬液濃度が不均一となってしまうことを抑制可能な薬液注入装置の一例を開示する。【解決手段】 薬液注入装置1は、ポンプ5から吐き出された薬液の流水への注入、及び当該薬液を薬液槽3に還流させることが可能な薬液分配調整器7であって、流水への注入薬液量と当該薬液槽3に還流させる薬液量との分配比率を調整可能な薬液分配調整器7を備える。これにより、当該薬液注入装置1では、薬液分配調整器7により流水への注入薬液量を調整できる。したがって、ポンプ5の吐出量に大きな影響を受けることなく、必要な注入量を確保できるので、薬液濃度が不均一となってしまうことが抑制され得る。【選択図】 図1
