To propose an elevator system that can improve the safety of an elevator device while improving convenience from the perspective of an administrator.SOLUTION: An elevator system comprises: a monitoring device that collects predetermined operation information regarding the operation status from an elevator device; a control device that manages the elevator device based on the operation information on the elevator device collected by the monitoring device; and a management terminal installed on the administrator's side that, upon receipt of an emergency alert, notifies the control device of the receipt of the emergency alert. When the control device is notified from the management terminal that the emergency alert has been received, the control device determines the current operating state of the elevator device recognized on the basis of the operation information collected by the monitoring device and, based on the determination result, presents to the administrator via the management terminal that the operation mode of the elevator device should be switched from a first operation mode in normal operation to a second operation mode according to the content of the emergency alert, if necessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】管理者から見た利便性を向上させながら、エレベータ装置の安全性を向上させ得るエレベータシステムを提案する。【解決手段】エレベータシステムにおいて、エレベータ装置から運行状態に関する所定の運行情報を収集する監視装置と、監視装置により収集されたエレベータ装置の運行情報に基づいて、エレベータ装置を管理する制御装置と、管理者側に設けられ、緊急速報を受信した場合に、緊急速報を受信したことを管理端末から通知された場合に、監視装置により収集された運行情報に基づいて認識されるエレベータ装置の現在の運行状態を判定し、判定結果に基づき必要に応じてエレベータ装置の運転モードを通常時の第１の運転モードから緊急速報の内容に応じた第２の運転モードに切り替えるべきことを管理端末を介して管理者に提示するようにした。【選択図】図６
