Summary: | To provide a DC-DC converter that operates with stability without increasing a power loss and a circuit scale, in a bi-directional converter that is in a no-load/light-load state.SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter that functions as a bi-directional converter, comprises: a plurality of synchronous rectification type chopper circuits; and a control circuit that includes a plurality of PWM circuits each outputting a gate drive signal to each switching element of the chopper circuits on the basis of an output of an error amplifier. The control circuit makes at least one chopper circuit perform a power-run operation and adds a predetermined offset voltage to the output of the error amplifier only for a PWM circuit that outputs the gate drive signal to the chopper circuit that performs the power-run operation so that at least one or more remaining chopper circuits perform a regenerative operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
