Summary:To provide a rotor or a motor having a structure capable of stably attaching a bearing without being affected by abrasion powder generated during press-in of the rolling bearing.SOLUTION: A rotor is provided with a protrusion 18 protruding in a cylindrical axis direction from a press-in jig facing surface 27 of a cylindrical inner ring 13. The protrusion 18 is configured to be provided all over the circumference of a disk face on an outer peripheral end than an inner peripheral end of the inner ring 13 and comprise a flat plane vertical to the cylindrical axis direction at a front end. By this configuration, it is enabled to always apply pressure to only the inner ring 13 via application of a uniform load, when pressing a rolling bearing 5 in a shaft 9. Further, even when cutting powder of the shaft 9, and abrasion powder via friction between the rolling bearing 5 and the shaft during press-in are generated, these foreign matters are stored in a storage space 20, thereby being able to obtain effects of preventing the abrasion powder from entering the rolling bearing 5, and preventing the abrasion powder from being attached to a press-in jig 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】本発明は転がり軸受の圧入時に発生する摩耗粉の影響を受けることなく軸受を安定して取り付けることのできる構造を有したロータまたはモータを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】円筒状の内輪13の圧入治具対向面27から、円筒軸方向に突出した突起部18を設ける。突起部18は、内輪13の内周端よりも外周側において円盤面全周に渡って設けられ、先端に円筒軸方向に対して垂直な平面を備えた構成となっている。これらの構成により、転がり軸受5をシャフト9に圧入する際、常に内輪13のみに均一な負荷をかけて押圧することが可能となる。また、シャフト9の切削粉や、圧入時に転がり軸受5とシャフトとの摩擦によって摩耗粉が生じた場合であっても、これらの異物は格納空間20に収納されるため、転がり軸受5への摩耗粉の侵入や圧入治具19への摩耗粉の付着を防止する効果を得ることが出来る。【選択図】図5
