The first optical element is arranged on the emission side of a plurality of light sources, and condenses the light emitted from the plurality of light sources. The second optical element is inclined with respect to a first axial direction in an emission surface. The third optical element spreads in the first axial direction. The pair of fourth and fifth optical elements spreads light in a second axial direction orthogonal to the first axial direction in the emission surface.
