To provide a system and a program and the like capable of reducing a load of verifying an abnormal condition.SOLUTION: A system is provided with control means having a function of recording an image at a lower frequency than when a predetermined or higher acceleration occurs, by satisfying the other conditions in addition to the occurrence of a predetermined or higher acceleration, by satisfying a plurality of conditions other than the occurrence of the predetermined or higher acceleration, and by satisfying a single condition different from the occurrence of the predetermined or higher acceleration.
