To provide a medical appliance which has resistance to wear and breakage, and has a rotary type radiation light adjusting unit which can be easily operated by a user.SOLUTION: A medical appliance comprises: a radiation system for radiating light to an analyte. The radiation system comprises: a light source; and a radiation light adjusting unit for adjusting the radiation light from the light source.
