Summary: | To provide a polyester resin molded product having a high molecular weight, excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties by improving the crystallization speed of polyethylene furanoate obtained by using 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid and ethylene glycol as raw materials.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyester resin obtained by using a polyester resin raw material including 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid, ethylene glycol and a polyalkylene ether glycol. The polyalkylene ether glycol is a polyalkylene ether glycol having a number average molecular weight of 500 to 6000 represented by the following formula (1). The ratio of the polyalkylene ether glycol in the polyester resin is 0.1 to 50 wt.%. HO-[(CH2)n-O-]m-H (1) (n is an integer of 5 to 20 and m is a value set so that the average molecular weight of the polyalkylene ether glycol represented by formula (1) is 500 to 6000.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】2,5-フランジカルボン酸とエチレングリコールを原料としたポリエチレンフラノエートの結晶化速度を向上させることにより、分子量が高く、耐熱性と機械物性に優れたポリエステル樹脂成形品を提供する。【解決手段】2,5-フランジカルボン酸と、エチレングリコールと、ポリアルキレンエーテルグリコールとを含むポリエステル樹脂原料を用いたポリエステル樹脂。該ポリアルキレンエーテルグリコールは、下記式(1)で示される数平均分子量が500~6000のポリアルキレンエーテルグリコール。該ポリエステル樹脂中の該ポリアルキレンエーテルグリコールの割合は0.1~50重量%。HO-[(CH2)n-O-]m-H・・・(1)(nは5~20の整数。mは式(1)で表されるポリアルキレンエーテルグリコールの数平均分子量が500~6000となるように設定された値。)【選択図】なし |
