Summary: | To obtain a non-reciprocal circuit capable of performing an impedance matching in a small size and a wide band region.SOLUTION: A non-reciprocal circuit includes a magnetic substrate 1. The magnetic substrate 1 includes: a magnetic material 10; a center conductor 11 that is positioned on one flat surface of the two flat surfaces of the magnetic material 10; a plurality of main tracks 12 that is positioned on one flat surface of the two flat surfaces of the magnetic material 10, and is connected to the center conductor 11; and a plurality of first capacitive cavities 13 and a plurality of second capacitive cavities 14 that are positioned in an inner part of the magnetic material 10 from a port as an end part on the side which is not side of the center conductor 11 of each of the plurality of main tracks 12 from the center conductor 11, and is connected to each of the plurality of main tracks 12. Each of the center conductor 11, the plurality of main tracks 12, the plurality of first capacitive cavities 13, and the plurality of second capacitive cavities 14 construct an impedance matching circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】小型かつ広帯域にインピーダンス整合をとることができる非可逆回路を得ること。【解決手段】非可逆回路は、磁性体基板1を有する。磁性体基板1は、磁性体10と、磁性体10の二つの平面のうちの一方の平面に位置している中心導体11と、磁性体10の二つの平面のうちの一方の平面に位置していて中心導体11に接続されている複数の主線路12と、中心導体11から複数の主線路12の各々の中心導体11の側でない側の端部であるポートまでの間の磁性体10の内部に位置していて複数の主線路12の各々に接続されている複数の第1の容量性キャビティ13及び第2の容量性キャビティ14とを有する。中心導体11と、複数の主線路12と、複数の第1の容量性キャビティ13及び第2の容量性キャビティ14とは、インピーダンス整合回路を構成する。【選択図】図2 |
