To provide a mobile sales system that enables a device loaded with an article to move to a location that a user specifies to sell the article, and a server device.SOLUTION: A mobile sales system according to an embodiment has a mobile sales device which comprises a loading part loaded with articles to be sold and a drive part which moves the device, and a terminal device which can specify a calling location of the mobile sales device. The terminal device comprises a transmission part which transmits location information specifying the calling location of the mobile sales device.
