Summary:To easily cancel a braked state due to a lock mechanism with respect to a transmission mechanism in an electric actuator comprising the lock mechanism for suppressing driving of the transmission mechanism due to an external force.SOLUTION: An electric actuator 1 comprises a drive motor 10, a transmission mechanism 4, a lock mechanism 7 and a controller 80. The transmission mechanism 4 includes an engage hole 30a. The lock mechanism 7 includes a tip end 60a which can be engaged into the engage hole 30a. When performing control into a state where the engagement with the engage hole 30a is cancelled, the controller 80 applies a cancellation signal. The cancellation signal includes a pulse signal of a current value greater than a reference value and a current during a period in which a pulse signal of a current value smaller than the reference value is not applied. An amplitude of the pulse signal or a ratio of an application period of the pulse signal with respect to the period in which the pulse signal is not applied is enlarged with the passage of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】外力による伝達機構の駆動を抑制するロック機構を有する電動アクチュエータにおいて、伝達機構に対してのロック機構による制動状態を解除しやすくすることである。【解決手段】電動アクチュエータ1は、駆動モータ10と伝達機構4とロック機構7とコントローラ80とを備える。伝達機構4は、係合孔30aを有する。ロック機構7は、係合孔30aに係合可能な先端部60aを有する。コントローラ80は、係合孔30aとの係合が解除されている状態へ制御する場合、解除用信号を印加する。解除用信号は、基準値よりも大きい電流値のパルス信号と、基準値よりも小さい電流値のパルス信号が印加されていない期間の電流を含む。パルス信号の振幅、または、パルス信号が印加されていない期間に対するパルス信号の印加期間の割合は、経時的に大きくなる。【選択図】図11
