To provide an exchange sheet for cleaning tool which can be fitted to and detached from a head of a cleaning tool sanitarily.SOLUTION: There is provided an exchange sheet 1 for a cleaning tool which is detachably attached to a head of a cleaning tool comprising: a head comprising an upper face and a lower face and formed in a plate shape; and a handle fitted to the upper face of the head. The exchange sheet 1 comprises: a main body part 10A which is formed in a same shape as the shape of the head, and attached with a sheet 100 for cleaning, on one surface thereof; a flap piece 20 which is integrally formed on one side of the main body part 10A; and an engagement piece 30 which is integrally formed on the other side opposing to the one side of the main body part 10A and allows an engagement part 23 formed on an end part of the flap piece 20 to be engaged therewith.
