Summary: | To provide a material having high durability satisfying wear resistance under severe test conditions and good flexibility while utilizing a silane crosslinking system in chlorinated polyethylene which is a component of a base polymer used for a coating material, and to provide an electric wire/a cable using the material.SOLUTION: There is provided a silane crosslinked product of a silane grafted rubber composition in which a base polymer obtained by mixing a chlorinated polyethylene and an ethylene-based copolymer resin in a weight ratio of 90:10 to 50:50 is grafted with a silane-coupling agent, wherein the silane-crosslinked rubber composition has the amount of heat of fusion in the range of 5 J/g to 20 J/g by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). There is also provided a cable 1 comprising: conductors 2; an insulating layer 3; and a coating layer 4, wherein the coating layer 4 is composed of the silane crosslinked rubber composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】被覆材に用いられるベースポリマの成分である塩素化ポリエチレンにおいてシラン架橋方式を利用しながらも、過酷な試験条件での耐摩耗性を満足する高い耐久性能を有し、可撓性も良好な材料、またこの材料を用いた電線・ケーブルを提供する。【解決手段】塩素化ポリエチレンとエチレン系共重合樹脂が質量比で90:10~50:50の範囲で混合されたベースポリマがシランカップリング剤によりグラフト化されたシラングラフトゴム組成物のシラン架橋物であり、示差走査熱量測定(DSC)による融解熱量が5J/g~20J/gの範囲であるシラン架橋ゴム組成物および導体2、絶縁層3、被覆層4を有し、被覆層4は上記シラン架橋ゴム組成物で構成されるケーブル1。【選択図】図1 |
