To provide a noise specifying apparatus and a noise specifying method capable of detecting change in frequency of calls of birds to investigate the effect of noise on the change of the calls.SOLUTION: A noise specifying apparatus 10 includes an acquisition unit 101, an analysis unit 102, a storage unit 103, an extraction unit 104, and an output unit 105. The analysis unit 102 recognizes calls of each type of animals and noise from sound data, to be analyzed as characteristics of the recognized calls and characteristics of the recognized noise. The storage unit 103 stores characteristics of reference calls, for each type of animals. The extraction unit 104 compares the characteristics of the calls obtained by the analysis unit 102 with the characteristics of the calls in the storage unit 103 to extract a different between them. The output unit 105 associates, when a difference between the characteristics of the calls extracted by the extraction unit 104 is equal to or larger than a predetermined value, a situation in which the sound was collected and the characteristics of the noise obtained by the analysis unit 102, in association with the characteristics of the calls obtained by the analysis unit 102, to be output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】鳥類の鳴き声の周波数変化を検出して、鳴き声の変化に及ぼす騒音影響を調査可能な騒音特定装置および騒音特定方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明にかかる騒音特定装置１０は、取得部１０１、解析部１０２、記憶部１０３、抽出部１０４、出力部１０５を備えている。解析部１０２は、音声データから動物の種別ごとの鳴き声、騒音を認識し、認識した鳴き声の特徴および認識した騒音の特徴として解析する。記憶部１０３は、動物の種別ごとに参照用の鳴き声の特徴を記憶する。抽出部１０４は、解析部１０２より得られた鳴き声の特徴と記憶部１０３の鳴き声の特徴を比較して差異を抽出する。出力部１０５は、抽出部１０４における抽出した鳴き声の特徴の差異が所定値以上である場合は、解析部１０２より得られた鳴き声の特徴に対して、収音された際の状況および解析部１０２により得られた騒音の特徴と、を関連付けて、出力する。【選択図】図１
