Summary:To suppress the influence of flow disturbance or resistance due to condensation on measurement accuracy in measuring the flow rate of fluid containing moisture.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flow meter includes: a measurement channel 1 with a rectangular cross section through which fluid to be measured flows; partition plates 2 arranged to divide the short side of the measurement channel 1 into a plurality of parts; a pair of ultrasonic transducers 5 and 6 arranged on the short side of the measurement channel 1 so that ultrasonic waves cross the measurement channel 1; a measurement circuit 11 that performs an operation of transmitting from one of the pair of ultrasonic transducers 5 and 6 and receiving at the other; and a calculation circuit 12 that calculates a received signal of the pair of ultrasonic transducers 5 and 6. A downstream end 10 of the partition plates 2 is formed so that the downstream end downstream of a downstream-side ultrasonic propagation path 8b is approximately parallel to a propagation path, which makes it possible to reduce pressure loss of the fluid, reduce the influence of flow due to water droplets adhering to the partition plates 2, and suppress a decrease in measurement accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】湿気を含んだ流体の流量計測において、結露による流れの乱れや抵抗による計測精度への影響を抑制する。【解決手段】被計測流体が流れる矩形断面の計測流路1と、計測流路1の短辺を複数に分割するように配置した仕切板2と、計測流路1を超音波がよぎるように計測流路1の短辺側に配置した一対の超音波送受波器5、6と、一対の超音波送受波器5、6の一方から送信し他方で受信する動作を実行する計測回路11と、一対の超音波送受波器5、6の受信信号を演算する演算回路12とを備え、仕切板2の下流端10は下流側超音波伝搬路8bより下流の下流端を、伝搬路にほぼ平行に形成することで、流体の圧力損失の低減を可能とし、仕切板2上の水滴付着による流れの影響を低減して計測精度の低下を抑制できる。【選択図】図1
