Summary:To reduce electricity shortage of a vehicle that corresponds only to a non-contact power reception system.SOLUTION: A control device 41 of a server 40 determines whether or not a plurality of vehicles make applications for use reservation when a deadline time for use reservation of a power transmission device 60 arrives (S3). The control device 41 of the server 40 identifies a power reception system of each of the vehicles when the plurality of vehicles make applications for use reservation (S5), and determines whether or not there is a vehicle that corresponds only to a non-contact power reception system (S6).
