Summary: | To reduce generation risk of spark in a proximity coating method.SOLUTION: A high voltage safety control part (30) includes an output high voltage control part (302). The output high voltage control part (302) has a function of executing control of lowering an absolute value of a high voltage (V) output by a high voltage generator (24) without stopping output of the high voltage generator (24) when a high voltage current (i) reaches a current limit value (CB). The high voltage safety control part (30) includes a CB setting changing part (320) for changing a set value of the current limit value (CB) on the basis of a current value of the high voltage (V). In the CB setting changing part (320), in a relatively low voltage region (Lar) where the absolute value of the high voltage (V) is lower than a prescribed threshold, when the case where the absolute value of the high voltage (V) is large is compared with the case where the absolute value of the high voltage (V) is small, in the case where the absolute value of the high voltage (V) is small, the current limit value (CB) is set to a smaller value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】近接塗装法においてスパークの発生リスクを低減する。【解決手段】高電圧安全制御部(30)は出力高電圧制御部(302)を含む。出力高電圧制御部(302)は、高電圧電流(i)が電流制限値(CB)に達したときに、高電圧発生器(24)の出力を停止せずに、高電圧発生器(24)が出力する高電圧(V)の絶対値を降下させる制御を実行する機能を有する。高電圧安全制御部(30)は、高電圧(V)の現在値に基づいて電流制限値(CB)の設定値を変更するCB設定変更部(320)を含む。CB設定変更部(320)において、高電圧(V)の絶対値が所定のしきい値よりも低い相対的低電圧域(Lar)では、高電圧(V)の絶対値が大きいときと小さいときとを対比したときに、高電圧(V)の絶対値が小さいときの方が、電流制限値(CB)が小さな値に設定される。【選択図】図4 |
