Summary:To provide a steel component excellent in wear resistance.SOLUTION: A steel slab having a predetermined component composition is subjected to heating, hot rolling, coiling, first annealing, second annealing, cold rolling, machining, and heat treatment under a predetermined condition so that the average grain size of the former austenite grains is 25 μm or less, having a carbide containing at least one of Nb, Ti, and V, and the average grain size of the particles of the carbide of 0.1 μm or more is 0.15-2.5 μm, and the average grain size of the particles of the carbide of less than 0.1 μm is 0.005-0.05 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】耐摩耗性に優れた鋼製部品を提供する。【解決手段】所定の成分組成を有する鋼スラブに対して、加熱、熱延、巻取、第1の焼鈍、第2の焼鈍、冷間圧延、加工、および熱処理を所定の条件で施すことにより、旧オーステナイト粒の平均粒径が25μm以下であり、Nb、Ti、Vの少なくとも1つを含む炭化物を含み、かつ、前記炭化物のうちの粒径が0.1μm以上の粒子の平均粒径が0.15~2.5μm、前記炭化物のうちの粒径が0.1μm未満の粒子の平均粒径が0.005~0.05μmである鋼製部品とする。【選択図】図1
