Summary:To provide a redox flow cell which can perform electric discharge while reducing loss and a power supply system including the redox flow cell.SOLUTION: A redox flow cell includes: at least one cell which has a first chamber and a second chamber which are partitioned by a membrane; a first electrolyte circulation device which circulates first electrolyte to the first chamber; and a second electrolyte circulation device which circulates second electrolyte to the second chamber.
