Summary:To store power in a spring and to use the stored power of the spring for a driving force of the wheelchair on the basis of a driving force manually applied to wheels by a user on a wheelchair.SOLUTION: In a self-propelling wheelchair which obtains a driving force by manual operation and moves, a mechanical driving source P is configured to have: a driving shaft 6 that rotates by receiving rotation of the wheels 2 of a wheelchair body 1; an output gear train 8 that outputs a rotational force from the driving shaft 6; an input gear train 9 that inputs a rotational force to the driving shaft 6; a power storing gear train 10 that stores a rotational force of the driving shaft 6 outputted by the output gear train 8 to a spring 21; and a power gear train 11 that converts a rotational force from the power storing gear train 10 into a driving force of the driving shaft 6 and outputs it to the input gear train 9. Rotational energy of the driving shaft 6 is inputted to the mechanical driving source P, and a circulation circuit of energy that reproduces a manual force the user inputs to the wheels 2 as a rotational force of the wheels 2 is formed, so that a system capable of achieving lightweight and matching SDGs is established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】車いすのユーザが手動により車輪に加える駆動力に基づいてバネに蓄力し前記バネの蓄力を車いすの駆動力に利用する。【解決手段】手動による駆動力を得て移動する自走式車いすにおいて、車いす本体1の車輪2の回転を受けて回転する駆動軸6と、前記駆動軸6から回転力を出力する出力歯車列8と、前記駆動軸6に回転力を入力する入力歯車列9と、前記出力歯車列8が出力する前記駆動軸6の回転力をバネ21に蓄力する蓄力歯車列10と、前記蓄力歯車列10からの回転力を前記駆動軸6の駆動力に転換させて前記入力歯車列9に出力する動力歯車列11と、を有する機械式駆動源Pを構成する。駆動軸6の回転エネルギーを機械式駆動源Pに入力し、ユーザが車輪2に入力した手動力を車輪2の回転力に再生させるというエネルギーの循環回路を形成することにより、軽量化を達成でき且つSDGsに合致するシステムを構築する。【選択図】図2
