Summary:To address a technical problem such that when multiple images are aligned and synthesized, there is a possibility such that a misalignment occurs among the multiple images, but a user is unable to designate a region where re-alignment processing is performed on the multiple images in such a case.SOLUTION: An image processing device has: alignment means for performing alignment processing among multiple images; image synthesis means for generating a synthesized image synthesized by superposing the multiple images having undergone the alignment by the alignment means; and re-alignment means for performing again the alignment processing among the multiple images.
