Summary:To perform degradation sign diagnosis of a dynamic function of a valve and a function that closes fluid with high accuracy without decomposing the valve.SOLUTION: An abnormality sign diagnosis system comprises: a plurality of acoustic sensors 2 which detect valve seat sliding sound of a sliding part of a valve body and a valve seat and sliding sound of a component other than the valve seat sliding sound; a signal processing unit 9 which processes a detection signal of the acoustic sensor; an analysis unit 11 which extracts the valve seat sliding sound from the detection signal of the acoustic sensor by analyzing the detection signals of the plurality of acoustic sensors and a propagation rate of the sliding sound, obtains the operation frequency or driving time of the sliding part from the spectrum intensity of the extracted valve seat sliding sound, and estimates a leakage amount, surface roughness or a friction coefficient of the sliding part; and a determination unit 16 which determines a sign of degradation including whether or not the function that closes fluid of the valve and the dynamic function are normal on the basis of the operation frequency or driving time, leakage amount, surface roughness or friction coefficient, and predicts maintenance timing including decomposition of the valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】弁を分解することなく、高い精度で弁の動的機能および流体を閉止する機能の劣化予兆診断を行えるようにする。【解決手段】異常予兆診断システムは、弁体と弁座の摺動部の弁座摺動音と弁座摺動音以外の構成部品の摺動音を検出する複数の音響センサ2と、音響センサの検出信号を処理する信号処理部9と、複数の音響センサの検出信号と摺動音の伝播率とを解析して音響センサの検出信号から弁座摺動音を抽出し、抽出した弁座摺動音のスペクトル強度から摺動部の作動回数または運転時間を求め、摺動部の漏洩量、面粗さ、または摩擦係数を推定する分析部11と、作動回数または運転時間、漏洩量、面粗さ、または摩擦係数から弁の流体を閉止する機能および動的機能に関する正常か否かを含む劣化の予兆を判定して、弁の分解を含むメンテナンス時期を予測する判定部16と、を備える。【選択図】 図3
