Summary:To provide an injection formulation having excellent storage stability, containing a poorly soluble drug as an active ingredient and a composition containing a dispersion medium and to provide a pre-filled syringe that is compact and lightweight by filling the syringe with the injection formulation.SOLUTION: The injection formulation comprises a composition comprising a poorly soluble drug, a dispersion medium, and a specific coagulant, the composition being measured to have a value of 40 Pa s or more for at least one point in the range of 0.01-0.02 s-1 shear rate and being measured to have a value of 0.2 Pa s or less for at least 1 point in the range of 900-1000 s-1 shear rate.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】保存安定性に優れた、難溶性薬物を有効成分として含み、かつ分散媒を含有する組成物を含む注射製剤を提供すること、及び当該注射製剤をシリンジに充填することで、小型、軽量化したプレフィルドシリンジを提供すること。【解決手段】難溶性薬物、分散媒、及び特定の懸濁化剤を含み、剪断速度０．０１～０．０２ｓ－１の範囲の少なくとも１点において４０Ｐａ・ｓ以上の値が測定され、剪断速度９００～１，０００ｓ－１の範囲の少なくとも１点において０．２Ｐａ・ｓ以下の値が測定される、組成物を含む、注射製剤とする。【選択図】なし
