Summary:To provide a casting crack evaluation mold capable of relatively easily separating a cast after being cast and a mold in which shrinkage upon solidification and after solidification completion is constrained, improving the reproducibility of crack conditions in the cast and evaluating metal crack sensitivity at high precision.SOLUTION: A casting crack evaluation mold 10 is used upon evaluating metal crack sensitivity in metal casting, and has a constraint mold 12, when a molten metal is poured into a cavity 20 to form a cast, constraining shrinkage generated in the cast upon solidification and after solidification completion in the molten metal. The constraint mold 12 is parted by parting faces 13 tilted with respect to a face orthogonal to the constraining direction of the cast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】鋳込んだ後の鋳物と凝固時および凝固終了後の収縮を拘束した金型とを比較的容易に分離することができ、鋳物における割れ状況の再現性を向上させ、金属の割れ感受性を精度良く評価することが可能な鋳造割れ評価用金型を提供する。【解決手段】金属の鋳造時における割れ感受性を評価する際に用いられる鋳造割れ評価用金型10であって、キャビティ20内に溶融金属を注入して鋳物を形成する際に、前記溶融金属の凝固時および凝固完了後に前記鋳物に生じる収縮を拘束する拘束金型12を有しており、拘束金型12は、前記鋳物の拘束方向に直交する面に対して傾斜した分割面13で分割されている。【選択図】図1
