Summary:To provide an operation management system which generates a predetermined benefit for each of system users.SOLUTION: An operation management system includes: an in-vehicle terminal 20 which is mounted on an electric vehicle 200 owned by an operation company 2 to calculate first electric power by converting a fare to be paid by a passenger 1 into electric power; a facility installation terminal 30 which is installed in a commercial facility 3 and calculates second electric power obtained by executing discount processing on the first electric power through visit processing performed by the passenger 1; a passenger terminal 10 including a power supply processing unit which allows the passenger 1 to execute processing to supply the second electric power to the commercial facility 3; and a management terminal 40 including a fee transfer unit which transfers an operation fee including the fare from the commercial facility 3 to the operation company 2.
