Summary: | To provide an ultralow-temperature tank which can store an ultralow-temperature fluid in a temperature range from a normal temperature up to an ultralow-temperature, and in a prescribed pressure range, and can make an entire thickness (wall thickness) thin without causing a partial exfoliation, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: An ultralow-temperature tank 100 comprises a hollow outer shell 10, a mouthpiece 20 and a liner 30. The hollow outer shell 10 is composed of a fiber-reinforced plastic having tensile strength exceeding in-plane stress generated by pressure which acts on the liner 30 in a temperature range from a normal temperature up to an ultralow-temperature of an ultralow-temperature fluid. The mouthpiece 20 has a flow passage 22 integrated with the outer shell 10, and charging or discharging the ultralow-temperature fluid L. In the temperature range, the liner 30 has elasticity followable to a thermal contraction difference with the outer shell 10, corrosion resistance and liquid-tightness to the ultralow-temperature fluid L, and insolubility to water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】常温から極低温までの温度範囲及び所定の圧力範囲において、極低温流体を内部に貯留することができ、かつ一部が剥離することなく、全体の厚さ(肉厚)を小さくできる極低温タンクとその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】極低温タンク100は、中空の外殻10、口金20、及びライナ30を備える。中空の外殻10は、常温から極低温流体の極低温までの温度範囲においてライナ30に作用する圧力により生じる面内応力を超える引張強度を有する繊維強化プラスチックからなる。口金20は、外殻10に一体化され極低温流体Lを充填又は排出する流路22を有する。ライナ30は、上記温度範囲において、外殻10との熱収縮差に追従可能な伸縮性と、極低温流体Lに対する耐食性及び液密性と、水に対する不溶性とを有する。【選択図】図1 |
