To provide a hose reel capable of evenly and uniformly winding a hose by regulating run-out of the hose.SOLUTION: According to a hose reel 1 for winding a hose 200, the hose reel 1 comprises: a housing 100; a winding part 101 that is rotatably provided at the housing 100 and winds the hose 200; a hose regulation part 20 that has the hose 200 to be hooked thereon before wound by the winding part 101, and regulates movement in a vertical direction to an axis of the hose 200; and a guide rod 10 that supports the hose regulation part 20 rotatably, and movably in an axial direction and has a spiral groove 11 spirally provided on the outer periphery.
