Summary:To provide a blood pump that can be downsized while maintaining a stable operation of a motor, and to provide an auxiliary artificial heart system capable of reducing a load on a user.SOLUTION: A motor 14 of a blood pump 10 includes a shaft 32 that penetrates a pedestal part 17 and reaches a pump chamber R, a stator 30 wound with a coil 34, a permanent magnet 40 into which the stator 30 can be inserted, and a rotor 31 composed of a rotor frame 42 in which the permanent magnet 40 is fastened to the inner peripheral surface.
