Summary:To provide a similar design determination system using AI, configured to determine similarity in consideration of sensitivity of a human being, in determining a similar design.SOLUTION: A similar design determination system using AI includes: model generation means which causes brain wave data obtained during similarity recognition and non-similarity recognition of a design through visual recognition to be trained as training data, to generate a design similarity determination model by machine learning from a feature quantity of the brain wave data of similarity recognition and non-similarity recognition of design; input receiving means which receives an input of brain wave data obtained when visually recognizing an original design and a design for similarity determination simultaneously; and similarity determination means which analyzes, using the design similarity determination model generated by the model generation means, the brain wave data received by the receiving means to determine whether the design for similarity determination is similar to the original design.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 類似デザインの判断において、人間の感性を考慮して類似性を判断する事のできるAIを用いた類似デザイン判定システムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 視覚認識によるデザインの類似認識時及び非類似認識時の脳波データを教師データとして学習させ、デザインの類似認識と非類似認識の脳波データの特徴量から、デザイン類似性判定モデルを機械学習により生成するモデル生成手段と、元デザインと類似判定用デザインを同時に視覚認識したときの脳波データの入力を受け付ける入力受付手段と、前記のモデル生成手段により生成されたデザイン類似性判定モデルを用いて、前記受付手段が受け付けた前記の脳波データを解析し、前記の元デザインに対して類似判定用デザインが類似かどうかを判定する類似性判定手段と、を備えることを特徴とするAIを用いた類似デザイン判定システムである。【選択図】 図1
