Summary: | To provide a glass body capable of reducing a visible light reflectance on a glass surface side while maintaining high heat shielding performance.SOLUTION: A glass body comprises: a glass plate 1 having a first surface 11, and a second surface 12 opposite to the first surface 11; and a Low-E film 20 laminated on one of the first surface 11 and the second surface 12. The Low-E film 20 includes: a low radiation layer 23 composed of a metal layer containing silver as a main component; a first absorption layer 22 composed of a non-oxidized metal layer adjacent to a plate surface side of the low radiation layer 23 and having visible light absorption capability; and a second absorption layer 24 composed of a metal layer adjacent to a side opposite to a plate surface of the low radiation layer 23. A first film thickness W1, which is the thickness of the first absorption layer 22, is greater than a second film thickness W2, which is the thickness of the second absorption layer 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
