Summary:To provide an EGR device that provides heat to an EGR passage immediately after an engine is started.SOLUTION: An EGR device 20 is mounted to an engine system 100 including: an intake pipe 2 for guiding intake gas to an engine 3; an exhaust pipe 4 for recovering high temperature exhaust gas from the engine 3; and an exhaust passage 5 to which part of the high temperature exhaust gas is supplied from the exhaust pipe 4. The EGR device 20 includes: an EGR passage 6 for guiding the high temperature exhaust gas from the exhaust passage 5 to the intake pipe 2; and a high temperature exhaust gas passage 9 for guiding the high temperature exhaust gas from the exhaust pipe 4 to the exhaust passage 5.
