To provide an EGR device that provides heat to an EGR passage immediately after an engine is started.SOLUTION: An EGR device 20 is mounted to an engine system 100 including: an intake pipe 2 for guiding intake gas to an engine 3; an exhaust pipe 4 for recovering high temperature exhaust gas from the engine 3; and an exhaust passage 5 to which part of the high temperature exhaust gas is supplied from the exhaust pipe 4. The EGR device 20 includes: an EGR passage 6 for guiding the high temperature exhaust gas from the exhaust passage 5 to the intake pipe 2; and a high temperature exhaust gas passage 9 for guiding the high temperature exhaust gas from the exhaust pipe 4 to the exhaust passage 5. The high temperature exhaust gas passage 9 includes: an EGR passage thermal insulation part 11 including the outer periphery of the EGR passage 6; and a flow rate adjustment mechanism for adjusting a flow rate of the high temperature exhaust gas flowing to the EGR passage thermal insulation part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】エンジンを始動した直後から、ＥＧＲ通路へ熱を与えるＥＧＲ装置の提供。【解決手段】ＥＧＲ装置２０は、エンジン３に吸気ガスを導く吸気管２と、エンジン３からの高温排気ガスを回収する排気管４と、高温排気ガスの一部を排気管４から供給される排気通路５とを備えるエンジンシステム１００に搭載される。ＥＧＲ装置２０は、高温排気ガスを排気通路５から吸気管２へ導くＥＧＲ通路６と、高温排気ガスを排気管４から排気通路５へ導く高温排気ガス通路９とを備える。高温排気ガス通路９は、ＥＧＲ通路６の外周を包含するＥＧＲ通路保温部１１と、高温排気ガスがＥＧＲ通路保温部１１へ流れる流量を調整する流量調整機構とを備える。【選択図】図１
