Summary: | To reduce energy consumption in a CO2 recovery method and a CO2 recovery device applied to target gasses such combustion waste gasses discharged from various facilities.SOLUTION: This CO2 recovery method comprises: a heat exchange step of reducing the temperature of a target gas to lower than 100°C and generating steam from water through heat exchange between the target gas containing CO2 and having a temperature of 100°C or higher and water; an adsorption step of adsorbing the CO2 in the target gas lowered in temperature on an absorbent in the heat exchange step; a desorption step of desorbing the CO2 from the absorbent to move into the steam by bringing the steam obtained in the heat exchange step with the absorbent on which the CO2 has been adsorbed in the absorption step; and a separation step of separating the CO2 from the steam containing the CO2 acquired in the desorption step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】様々な施設から排出される燃焼排ガス等の対象ガスに適用されるCO2回収方法およびCO2回収装置において、消費エネルギーを削減すること。【解決手段】CO2を含有し100℃以上の温度を有する対象ガスと水との熱交換により、対象ガスの温度を100℃未満に低下させると共に、水から水蒸気を発生させる、熱交換工程と、熱交換工程により、温度が低下した対象ガス中のCO2を吸着剤に吸着させる、吸着工程と、吸着工程によりCO2が吸着した吸着剤に対して、熱交換工程で得られた水蒸気を接触させることにより、吸着剤からCO2を脱離させ、水蒸気中に移行させる、脱離工程と、脱離工程において得られるCO2を含む水蒸気からCO2を分離する、分離工程と、を備える、CO2回収方法。【選択図】図1 |
