To provide a failure prevention system capable of preventing in advance, on the basis of malfunction information on a part, machine down of a construction machine adopting the part from occurring.SOLUTION: A failure prevention system 1 comprises a server device 10 which provides information for preventing a failure of a construction machine to a terminal 20 via a communication line 30. The server device 10 determines whether or not there is any unusual order receiving in acquired order receiving information on a part, determines whether or not unusual order receiving is owing to a failure of the part when determining that there is unusual order receiving, and transmits information on the part relating to the unusual order receiving to the terminal 20 when determining that the unusual order receiving is owing to a failure of the part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】部品の不具合情報に基づいて、当該部品を採用する建設機械がマシンダウンに至ることを未然に防止することができる故障予防システムを提供する。【解決手段】故障予防システム１は、建設機械の故障を予防する情報を通信回線３０を介して端末２０に提供するサーバ装置１０を備えたシステムである。サーバ装置１０は、取得した部品の受注情報に対して異常受注があるか否かを判定し、異常受注があると判定した場合に異常受注が部品の故障によるものか否かを判定し、異常受注が部品の故障によるものと判定した場合に異常受注に関わる部品の情報を端末２０に送信する。【選択図】図２
