Summary:To present information necessary for a user not through a display screen in a real space.SOLUTION: A projection device 1 has a camera 11 that photographs a real space 3 in which an object is arranged, and a projector 12 that projects an image indicated by video data generated based on an image photographed by the camera 11 in a photographing area R1 of the camera 11 in the real space 3. The video data is an indication image 2 such as an arrow or pointing indicating the object 5A arranged in the real space 3. The projection device 1 detects the object 5A from the photographed image through image recognition, and generates the video data for displaying the indication image 2 indicating the object 5A at a position superimposed on or adjacent to the object 5A.
