Summary: | To shorten the charging time automatically in such a situation that charging congestion occurs and notify a user of the time of completion of charging at the start of charging.SOLUTION: A storage battery board 3 which is connected to a plurality of chargers 2 and includes a storage battery 31 comprises: an external communication unit 35 which communicates with a management server 4; and a camera 8 which images a vehicle waiting for charging, and the storage battery board transmits a photographed image of the camera 8 to the management server 4. The charger 2 has a display part 2a which displays the charging time. The management server 4 determines the presence/absence of charging congestion based on the photographed image information on the camera 8 transmitted from the storage battery board 3, and sets the charging time by the charger 2 to any of a first time and a second time shorter than the first time. When it is determined that the charging congestion has occurred, the management server sets the charging time of the charger 2 to the second time, and causes the display part 2a to display the charging time set by a time setting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 充電渋滞が発生している状況では自動で充電時間を短縮し、更に充電開始時に充電が完了する時間を利用者に通知する。【解決手段】 複数の充電器2が接続され、蓄電池31を備えた蓄電池盤3は、管理サーバ4と通信する外部通信部35と、充電待ち車両を撮像するカメラ8とを有し、カメラ8の撮像画像を管理サーバ4に送信する一方、充電器2は充電時間を表示する表示部2aを有している。管理サーバ4は、蓄電池盤3から送信されたカメラ8の撮像画像情報を基に充電渋滞の有無を判断し、充電器2による充電時間を第1の時間及び第1の時間より短い第2の時間の何れかに設定する。充電渋滞発生と判断したら、充電器2の充電時間を第2の時間に設定し、表示部2aに時間設定部が設定した充電時間を表示させる。【選択図】 図1 |
