Summary:To suppress variation in linear member tension.SOLUTION: A linear member tension control device 10 according to the present disclosure comprises: a bobbin 11 that is formed windable around a conductive material 103a and rotatably supported on a support member 13 centered on a rotary shaft CL extending in a predetermined direction; and an air nozzle 12 that is arranged at a position of being separated outward in the predetermined direction from the bobbin 11 and capable of spraying air toward the bobbin 11. The bobbin 11 comprises an inclined plane 21 that is arranged around the rotary shaft CL in a state of being inclined with respect to the predetermined direction.
