An abnormality determination unit 72 can determine whether or not there is abnormality in the oil based on the detection value of the oil sensor 50. An operation control unit 76 controls the operation of an actuator A. When the abnormality determination unit 72 determines that there is no abnormality in the oil, the operation control unit 76 controls the actuator A by predetermined normal control.
