Summary:To provide an electric driving device and an electric power steering device which enable a power source wiring module to be easily assembled on a lid body, and prevent the power source wiring module from erroneously touching a connector.SOLUTION: An electric driving device includes a motor, and an electronic control device for controlling rotation of the motor. The electric control device includes a second housing, a metal lid body covering the second housing, a connector having a power source input terminal penetrating through the lid body, a lead frame wiring which has one end connected to the power source input terminal and supplies power to a first circuit board and a second circuit board, and a power source wiring module where a first power source terminal connected to the first circuit board, and a second power source terminal connected to the second circuit board are molded with a resin.
