Summary: | To enable the effective utilization of an environmental value.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a service provider server 1 includes a GHG emission amount and environmental value calculation unit 103, an emission accomplishment value calculation unit 105, a comparison determination unit 106, and a control unit 107. The GHG emission amount and environmental value calculation unit 103 calculates the emission amount and environmental value of greenhouse gas about an activity situation of an organization. The emission accomplishment value calculation unit 105 calculates an emission accomplishment value of the greenhouse gas in an organization by reducing a portion of an environmental value of an environmental value DB 202 from the calculated emission amount. The comparison determination unit 106 determines the possibility of accomplishing the emission amount target value of the greenhouse gas by comparing the emission accomplishment value with the emission target value in the greenhouse gas. 【課題】環境価値を有効に利用できるようにすることを課題とする。【解決手段】実施形態のサービス提供者サーバ1は、GHG排出量及び環境価値算出部103、排出達成値算出部105、比較判断部106、制御部107を備える。GHG排出量及び環境価値算出部103は、組織の前記活動状況についての、温室効果ガスの排出量及び環境価値を算出する。排出達成値算出部105は、算出された排出量から、環境価値DB202の環境価値の一部を減算することで、組織における温室効果ガスの排出達成値を算出する。比較判断部106は、温室効果ガスにおける排出達成値と排出目標値とを比較することで、温室効果ガスの排出量目標値の達成可能性を判断する。制御部107は、判断の結果に基づいて、環境価値DB202の環境価値の利用を制御する。これにより上記課題を解決する。【選択図】図6 |
