To distinctively acquire intention of a patient and that of a family.SOLUTION: A family intention acquisition device includes an acquisition unit, a granting unit, and a transmission unit. The acquisition unit acquires intention of a patient and that of a family who takes care of or supports the patient. The granting unit grants a patient ID to the intention of the patient and grants a family ID to the intention of the family.
