The wallet management unit acquires an instruction to charge a specified amount of electronic money to an electronic wallet for a specified expenditure type and, if the amount to be charged does not reach an upper limit amount of the electronic wallet for the expenditure type, performs first processing to charge the electronic money to the electronic wallet for the expenditure type.
