To solve the following problem: in an electronic contract system, a contract may be concluded even when a user who has received contract information from a sender is not authorized to approve the conclusion of the contract within an organization.SOLUTION: A program includes: a contract reception step of receiving contract information which is to be concluded between a first user and a second user; a receiver reception step of receiving, from the first user, information that specifies the second user as a receiver of the contract information received in the contract reception step; an approver reception step of receiving, from the second user, information that specifies one or a plurality of third users as an approver for the contract information received in the contract reception step; and an approval step of receiving, from the one or a plurality of third users, an instruction to approve the conclusion of the contract for the contract information received in the contract reception step, the second user being a user who cannot approve the conclusion of the contract for the contract information received in the contract reception step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 電子契約システムにおいては、契約情報を送信者から受信したユーザが組織において契約締結に関する承認権限を有しない場合にも契約締結が行われてしまうことがあった。【解決手段】第１ユーザと第２ユーザとの間で契約締結の対象となる契約情報を受け付ける契約受付ステップと、第１ユーザから、契約受付ステップにおいて受け付けた契約情報の受信者として第２ユーザを特定する情報を受け付ける受信者受付ステップと、第２ユーザから、契約受付ステップにおいて受け付けた契約情報の承認者として１または複数の第３ユーザを特定する情報を受け付ける承認者受付ステップと、１または複数の第３ユーザから、契約受付ステップにおいて受け付けた契約情報の契約締結を承認する指示を受け付ける承認ステップと、を実行させ、第２ユーザは、契約受付ステップにおいて受け付けた契約情報の契約締結を承認することができないユーザである、プログラム。【選択図】 図１
