To reduce data volume of sensor information to be transmitted to a remote commander according to external situations of an autonomous vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle remote instruction system 100 causes a remote commander R to perform remote instruction relating to driving of an autonomous vehicle 2 based on detection information of an external sensor 22 for detecting external environment of the autonomous vehicle 2.
