Summary:To obtain a lighting fixture that reduces checking time in automatic checking, and prevents a user from misunderstanding that an abnormality in the lighting fixture or power outage occurs.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture comprises: a luminous body; an emergency electric power source that supplies power to the luminous body when power from a commercial power source is not supplied; and a control unit that controls the light emission state of the luminous body. The control unit executes a regular lighting mode for causing the luminous body to emit light with the power supplied from the commercial power source, an emergency lighting mode for, when the power from the commercial power source is cut off, causing the luminous body to emit light with the power supplied from the emergency electric power source, and an automatic checking mode for, when a predetermined checking interval time is reached, causing the luminous body to emit light with the power supplied from the emergency electric power source over a predetermined set time to check the emergency electric power source. The power supplied to the luminous body in the automatic checking mode exceeds the power supplied to the luminous body in the emergency lighting mode and is equal to or less than the power supplied to the luminous body in the regular lighting mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】自動点検時において、点検時間を短くしつつ、利用者に、照明器具の異常、又は停電が発生していると誤認させることを抑制する照明器具を得る。【解決手段】照明器具は、発光体と、商用電源からの電力が供給されないときに発光体に電力供給する非常電源と、発光体の発光状態を制御する制御装置と、を備え、制御装置は、商用電源から供給された電力で発光体を発光させる常用点灯モードと、商用電源からの電力が断たれた場合に、非常電源から供給された電力で発光体を発光させる非常用点灯モードと、予め定められた点検間隔時間に達した際に、予め定められた設定時間にわたり、非常電源から供給された電力で発光体を発光させ、非常電源を点検する自動点検モードとを実行し、自動点検モードにおいて発光体に供給される電力は、非常用点灯モードで発光体に供給される電力を超え、且つ常用点灯モードで発光体に供給される電力以下である。【選択図】図2
