To provide a display device capable of improving display quality.SOLUTION: A display device comprises: a substrate; a pixel circuit arranged above the substrate; an insulating layer that covers the pixel circuit and has a contact hole; a lower electrode arranged above the insulating layer, and connected with the pixel circuit via the contact hole; an upper electrode opposed to the lower electrode; an organic layer located between the lower electrode and the upper electrode, emitting light depending on a potential difference between the lower electrode and the upper electrode; a rib formed of an inorganic material, having an opening overlapping with the lower electrode; a barrier arranged above the rib; and a filler arranged inside the contact hole. The organic layer includes: a first organic layer in contact with the lower electrode via the opening; and a second organic layer located on the barrier and separated from the first organic layer.
