Summary:To reduce the number of components for holding a planar heating member.SOLUTION: A planar heating member 22 is held by a holding member 23 that is arranged inside an endless belt 20 in contact with an opposite member to form a nip part, and heats an inner peripheral surface of the belt 20 at the nip part, and the heating member has a separation regulation part 39b that can be engaged with the holding member 23 to regulate a movement of the heating member 22 in a direction that is perpendicular to a surface of the heating member 22 facing the belt 20, and that is a separation direction in which the heating member 22 is separated from the holding member 23.
