To restrict bulkiness during its non-use.SOLUTION: A packaging bag for storing an article has an opening at one end to restrict bulkiness during its non-use and to provide a storage method of an article allowing high cushioning performance in a simple way, and it has a sheet-like cushioning part (2) for protecting the included article (5) and at least one flap (1a) is connected to the opening and one end (3b) of the sheet-like cushioning part (2) adheres to the vicinity of a connection part of the opening and the flap (1a).
